Transocean crewmembers need to protect themselves from BP's allegations now

Shortly after the Deepwater Horizon explosion, BP publicly blamed Transocean for the disaster.

In fact, BP CEO Tony Hayward publicly stated that since the Deepwater Horizon was Transocean's rig, with Transocean personnel aboard, being operated by Transocean personnel, that Transocean was responsible for the explosion.

If you were a Transocean Deepwater Horizon crewmember, and especially if you were in a high-level supervisory role, please listen to what I am about to say.

BP is blaming YOU for the worst environmental disaster in our nation's history.

That's right. When BP's CEO says that Transocean is at fault, what he is really saying is that the Transocean personnel on the Deepwater Horizon were at fault, and especially the high-level supervisors for Transocean like tool pushers, drillers, rig superindendent, etc.

Right now, BP and the other companies are neck-deep is the clean-up and investigation. The investigation will be heavily influenced by whomever leads the investigation and who talks to the investigators.
